Room parents play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. They serve as a liaison between the classroom and parent community and play an important role in communicating with parents regarding classroom and school wide events.

Social Events team comes up with various community engagement events throughout the year, such as Hot Dogs and Hoops Social, Movie Nights, Ice Cream Social, and more.

The treasury team manages deposits, make payments and forecasting budgets to ensure optimal financial engagement.

EDS Walkathon (WAT) is the biggest family engagement and fundraiser event of the year. The WAT planning team brings together parents, students and alumni in a community event that embodies the Husky Spirit on campus.

The yearbook team captures fun memories of the school year to create a special keepsake for our children and the entire EDS community. The yearbook is a fun, creative and collaborative project with contributions from students, teachers and EDS families.
